Traci’s career in the financial services industry began when she joined Advanced Wealth Management for a summer job while she was attending college.

With her experience working from the ground up, she has gained invaluable insight from doing administrative work, to engaging in more client facing services and assisting Bob and Ted with our investment process. These wide experiences allow her to service our clients across the many aspects of their financial lives.

Traci graduated from the University of Portland with a degree in mathematics and a minor in education, and then joined our team full-time as a member of our operations department, helping to provide exceptional quality service to our clients.

After some time working with Advanced Wealth Management and completing her licensing, Traci made the decision to further her knowledge of the industry and completed the Certified Financial Planner Program through the University of Portland, and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in August 2018.  With that important achievement behind her she joined Bob and Ted as an official advisor, bringing more depth and perspective to our team. 

Traci’s role is to provide individuals and families with all the information and education they need so they can make informed financial decisions that they are confident in. She strives to help clients write their story, using their money as a tool to do so. Her favorite part of being at AWM is seeing a client reach a goal they had set out for, whether it takes months or years to get there.

Traci is currently serving as the president of the Financial Planning Association of Oregon and SW Washington, and has served on the Board of Directors in various roles as Secretary, Membership Director, and Programs Chair. She has been recognized as a 2023 Five Star Wealth Manager (1).

She has always been an active in her local community, volunteering in local Portland classrooms during college, volunteering with her church, including leading a High School Youth Group. She and her family enjoy working around their property, and you can often find them on camping trips, especially at the Oregon Coast during razor clam season.
